lindsaycb
I don't believe I've ever seen a wholesale contract at all. What you want to do is have wholesale policies ready. What's your minimum order?Make sure to determine how many of each style/fragrance they need to order too. What's your reorder policy? When they come back for a 2nd time, usually they purchase less that what the min order is.Do you want to COD? Or set up credit terms with them? Doubtful. You can create that later as you move more into this.Is payment due up front? How do you ship?Don't forget a return policy too.
Brooke
Hey Sparkie,I am not sure if I will be much help on this, I do not have a wholesale client at this time. But here is a thought take a look at Microsoft templates below and you might find a layout you can use and make changes to.I hope this can help you with some time crunching. All I have work with is fundraising accounts. If I can think of some more I will get back to youWhen is your meeting?http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/results.aspx?Scope=TC&Query=wholesale+account

magsglass
Amy,I found this soapmaker's wholesale contract in a Google search (first one on the search return!). Could be a starting point for something you could tailor to suit your needs. It seems to cover a lot of bases. http://www.simplysoap.com/wholesale_contract.htmHTH & good luck w/ your new client,~Mag edited to add link--doh! clonefan80
I only wholesale and the only time i've ever used a contract is when I sign a sales rep or a permanent showroom at one of the national markets wants to rep my candles otherwise retailers just place their order with a Tax id...
