I had to seriously tweak the Ritas Rock hard recipie to get them to work for me..finally finalized my version last week. I leave mine in the bottom of the mold for about 15 minutes to 30 minutes to prevent flat bottoms, seems to work pretty well for me. Your last ones look really great.
