T~ Just T
Hi everyone,I am pulling my hair out trying to get my bath bombs correct. The problem is that they are not getting hard enough to stay stuck together. I CAN form them into balls, but they flake off and if I squish them between my thumb and index finger they turn back into powder. Here is my recipe... I appreciate any comments or help.8TBSP Citric acid6 TBSP Corn Starch1 cup baking soda5 TBSP Apricot Kernel oil1 tsp FOAgain, any help is appreciated. RhondaP
Terri,I'm at work so I don't have my exact recipe in front of me, but that looks like a lot of oil for that size recipe.Too much oil will keep them from hardening up.Just a guess, but for that size recipe, I would say 1 tbsp. of oil would be plenty.
