OutlandishLady Posted January 24, 2006 Share Posted January 24, 2006 Just to let you all know, I had ordered some Lovely FO (regular concentrate, cosmetic grade) from SOS and when it arrived it was very dark and smelled awful. Just to make sure it wasn't just me, I tested it in a few applications and the smell did NOT improve. I emailed SOS and they let me know that they had a bad batch and are mailing a replacement immediately. Don't know if this might have happened to anyone else, even with a different FO, but thought it might be helpful to know. Great customer service. On a silly related note, I knew I was an FO junkie when my 5-year old son was watching TV and asked me what SOS meant, and my first reply was Save on Scents Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
