Michi Posted July 18, 2005 Share Posted July 18, 2005 I'm pretty sure this is Rachel's (Pamperme) recipe Shimmer Body Powder 2oz + 1 tsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp B&B glitter 10 drops FO of choice..add 2 drops at a time to prevent clumping..you can also sift them together for better blending.
