I'm currently testing CS Mistletoe in a 11 oz libbey tumbler of 6006 with no dye and 7% fragrance oil. When I test under ideal conditions (trimming wick, burning about 3 hours) the zinc 60 is perfect. However when I do long power burns without trimming the wick, the container gets too hot. I'm wondering if by reducing the oil % to say 4-5%, will that reduce the mushrooms which seem to cause the jar to heat up considerably? In your experience, do you think it will give me a cooler jar?
