wanted to get a feel from the board on how to package or store whipped shea at fairs that are outside during the warmer months. is it an item i should offer at a fair during hot months? not sure, what to do because the shea butter is sensitive to heat, but it is very popular. undecided

I've never done outside fairs but I've read that some use a cooler with ice and keep them in there...or maybe display in some sort of container with ice on the bottom and display the jars ontop of the ice or even dry ice?? Edited to add: I'm sure you could put something over the top (before putting jars on top) so the ice is not seen.
