Kaczor
Hello everyone! I wasn't here such a long time... I see that this forum is changing... for better, and many new users came I am looking for some information about using ceresine in candles. Does anybody know this specific? In my country we don't have so many different, ready to pour wax and that is why we all the time create our own recipes for candles. Now we are at the stage of creating a new formula of wax for container candles. We don't want heating the glass container, we would like to pour without that. And we would like to obtain a smooth surface without any bubbles and jumplines... Does anyone has some idea how to achieve that?
Brad Ford
Ceresine wax: fully refined paraffin wax is often used in its place or is considered the same thing by another name. Ceresine wax is most often used in cosmetic and personal care products. There is no advantage/benefit to using it in a candle vs Paraffin.
