Gloria Dawson
I have only made candle melts and clamshells and want to try my hand at pouring 8 ozs tins. I will be using 6006 wax......never used this before and hope it is a good choice. I was hoping someone could help me with the best wick sizes to buy. I will be purchasing the tins from CandleScience and most of my FO's come from them and Peaks. Thanks so much!!
Becky
I would start out with a 51-32-18 zinc and go from there. Good Luck!
Guest OldGlory
That is my suggestion as well at a 6% FO load in 6006.

blackbirdcandleco
I use HTP wicks (126 or 1212) and I use 11% FO load
Guest OldGlory
I like a 51 z or a 750 Premier in 6006 with a 6% FO load. I just started testing the Premier wicks in 6006 and there is almost no mushroom. The 51z leaves a mushroom.
