Michdj
So I found this recipe online at BathBodySupply.com and I'm wondering what the cyclomethicone is for? I've seen it in recipes for other products but not bath salts. Can someone with more experience help me?Recipe: Bubbling Bath Salts 6 oz Dead Sea Salt4 oz Baking Soda2 oz Citric acid4 oz SLSa1 oz Cyclomethicone1.5 oz Dendritic salt5 ml (1 tsp) FOcolor
nkennedy023
It's sometimes used in place of glycerin to add sheen to your bath salts and a silky feel to the bath water. Hth.
