Michdj
Does anyone know how much wax these jars hold? I've got the 10, 16 and 26oz and I'm not sure how to calculate the weight since wax isn't measured by volume... And I'm no good at math! Sixx
Here is what I do. If You have a digital scale, and you need to. Place your jar on the scale (mine is set to oz.) zero it out. Fill your jar with water, take that weight and multiply it by .8 That should be your wax weight alone. You will have to subtract your FO from that. You don't have to be good at math, that's why we have calculators. I would rather have a little more than less in case of a second pour depending on your wax. Excess can always be used for melts.
