izzy2 Posted January 3, 2006 Share Posted January 3, 2006 I made some containers with 4786 and they burned pretty good but it's leaving some wax on sides of containers. I double wick them with 36 z's and they get a good melt pool all the way to the edges. Could it be the temp at which they are poured? Patsy Posted January 3, 2006 Share Posted January 3, 2006 Izzy2....I get this too. I have just learned to live with it. Eventually, this "layer/spots" will melt down with the pool. It is a little discouraging, but I have never had any complaints about it. I have tried using a mixture of one-pour with it which seems to help a bit.
