Baby food jars are fine for candles.

I have used and SOLD hunders of baby food jars for 7 years they burn just fine!!!!!!!!!! I sell tons for baby showers. I make them in pink, blue, green and yellow and personalize labels for them!

Natures Garden had an Open House this past year and had all their FO's their to smell. What they did was use the 1 oz plastic bottles, put a cotton ball in each then added some scent. Worked really good and no spills. Might be too strong for use as samples of scented wax though.

Thats where I got mine from except mine were the 40! It sure has come in handy! I also bought some soy beads and put a few in each tin then a few drops of oil in each!

I use KY parasoy and I don't notice any ripples... I'm going to go inspect one that I poured last weekend now! You have me wondering... I've never noticed ripples before!

Well... I don't see anything.. well I can see a tiny bit in the purple but the pink has nothing that I can see or feel.

Same here they are not perfectly smooth but mine dont have bad ripples. They smell GREAT though :-)

Nope they pay first if I have to order an oil no ifs ands or buts ...

I have about 80 on hand but tell customers that I can order about anything if it is not on my list.

I totally agree... I mean yes they should know what kind of wax it is and a few basics. Only because everyone always asks is it soy???? etc. etc. Beyond that she is a cashier not a candlemaker!

May I add I really soaked mine good too! It was heavy! lolol

I just used my container wax for mine. The paper sucked it right up! I am sure you can use a harder wax or really any type. I have a roll well over a year that still smells amazing! You can decorate with flowers or greenery and put in down the hole like a little vase. Possibilities are unlimited!

The burgundy is Hollyberry and the green is mistletoe. I buy my embeds already made but the red is painted on.

Ravens that is just an embed on top. Just plopped it on there! lolol I sold a ton of those this year. They looked AMAZING burning too! The flickering of light through the glass was really cool!

I also use KY SOY Votive/Tart Wax and love it!

My best seller is birthday cake. Also Downy Fresh, (Really any of my clean scents) Monkey Farts, Fruit Loops. Cinnamon Buns (Indiana Candle Supply Old Formula only!!! lol )

Agreed I only put wax in mine then pour into pour pots and add color amd fragrance, etc.
