Hi Janet.. Welcome to the board. I preheat mine in the oven, set on warm. Have them setting on a cookie sheet and take out what I need as I pour. HTH

Testing samples I received this week from NG....they smell soooo good OOB.

I just heated mine a little and wiped out with paper towel. If there is something else that needs to be done, I didn't do it.

Ditto on Sweet Pea, Pink Sugar, and Grandmas's Kitchen. Also, Creme Brulee is awesome.

Mine were just as good....I keep them in a dark dry cabinet. Same for my poured containers....they were as good, if not better.

I usually use 8% to 9% pp. Most of my customers like strong scented candles.

I mix Leather and French Vanilla for a "new car scent". I have a few customers that love this. Make it mostly in ornies and cardboard air fresheners.

Just went to my local supplier. They are not going to carry J-50 or J-223 anymore. YIKES!!! Changing wax lines altogether. Didn't really say why or what they are going to carry. :undecided :lipsrseal

ditto on the black. If going for a dark color...dip a toothpick in black dye. I tried a drop of black and sometimes got it too dark.

What about plastic garbage bags? That's what I use...and label them accordingly.

When preheating my jars...I wick right after I take the jars out of the oven, and pour. Doing this in a hurry while jars are still warm.
