I have tried a lot of them now and I must say that I'm really dissapointed....
I still have a few that I hope will throw well and after I tested the ones I have left I will post how all scents performed, well for me anyway, in my wax....

I'm going to try fos from Daystar and I wonder if anyone can recomend any fruity scent from them. I use soywax.

I have been trying to get a better HT and have been posting this question on other boards but there is nothing like the knowledge in Craft Servers!!
SO I usually add my FO at around 165 but on NGI site (Ecosoya) they said FO should be added prior to pouring or at 140.
I have now tried that and are waiting for them to cure before I can test.
I have a Bluberry Muffin scent that I got a amazing HT from when I was testing wicks and didn't pay that much attention to what temp I added FO and I sure didn't let them cure that long either, usually 48 hours and then tested. No I can barely smell it after 10 days of curing.
SO at what temp do you add FA and get the best HT?
(I use Ecosoya CB-135/Xcel 60/40 and CD wicks)
I have now tested these candles and I can't tell any difference at all in HT, so I think I will just continue to test and find the FO's that works for me

Grandma's Kitchen

-
Ohh, no :-(
I found some scents there that I loved and that worked perfect in my wax :-(
-
Maybe you have a point there. All my FO's have a flashpoint over 200 because I live in Sweden and need them shipped to me.
I have made a candle where I added the fo at 180, in a few days I can test them and then I will know for sure what works best if there even are any difference.

I'm searching for strong scents to use in my soy and I have been purchasing samples of what others find to have a strong HT, but some of my samplers are really weak OOB.
Is there any connection between strong scent OOB and strong HT?
I have pured candles but are waiting for them to cure.
-
I poured one yesterday and I will let it cure now, I let you all know if it's a success when I testburn it
-
Was thinking of this, what do you all think?
Gardenia and Mac Apple
-
I did a soycontainer. I don't know if the ht is good yet, but it was real strong when I made the candle. I will let it cure for at least a week now.
-
I just pured the vanilla latte and it's so strong that it gives me a headache..lol but it smells good!
-
I got
Black raspberry vanilla
Coconut lime
Cucumber melon
Fresh pear
Grapafruit
Vanilla latte
White tea
Wash day
Strawberry
Now on to put them in some wax and see how they throw

I got my very first FO's from this place and they where quite good, but I never seen it mentioned anywhere.
Have anyone else tried FO's from Scent It?
-
Just beautiful!

Backwoods also ship international. There is a thread here somewhere about international shipping from last year. Found it...Love Google.

Hope that helps a bit
Thanks a lot! I have searched the site but didn't find this.
-
I wrote and asked Natures Garden and they didn't ship to Sweden :-(
-
I get my wicks and molds from BCN for now, but I was looking around for any more suppliers that ships international. I would feel great if I knew that I could get my stuff at at least one more supplier if BCN runs out or something else happens.
I have found other placer for my FO (Bert's and Daystar) but have a hard time to find wicks, I use CD's and LX.
Anyone knows?
-
I have now tested some other wicks such as CD and HTP and they are sooting, I went down to a CD 8 that burned fine but the HT wasn't any better then with the LX wicks. I will not test anymore wicks, LX burns just beautiful, no soot, not to hot, no hang up after the first burns, and no trimming needed. I just will have to find scents that throws in my combo.
I have a few that works good and now I have ordered some more from Heaven Scents and are going to try Day-star too, not that many ships to Sweden.
-
Thank you, I will take a look at all of them. She seams to have so many good FO's
-
I'm searching for some strong FO's and these two ships to Sweden, at Daystar there was a lot with flashpoint over 200 :-)
Soooo... what FO's is a much have from these two?
I have read that Blackberry Jam Butter cookies is strong and good from Daystar and I was thinking Black Strawberry Vanilla from Berts?
Ohhh... I use a blend of Xcel and CB-135 (soywax)
Just got my samplers from The Candlemakers store :-)

I use Ecosoya, a blend of cb-135 and Xcel.
All testers are grade A. I did get a good throw out of the blueberry/pomegranate tester yesterday :-)
