If you don't mind me asking what fragrance oil percent have you been using? I now have some cdn wicks and am testing those, I found that cd don't cope with some fragrances.
Of course I don't mind you asking :-)
For scents from Candle Cocoon I use about 5% and others around 7-8%. In soy I usually used up to 9% .
I have a few that doesn't behave with my CD wicks but I will discountinue them, I will only use scents that work with rapeseed and CD/CDN's.

I use rapeseed wax as well The more I use it the more I love it. I'm swithing from soy. Rapeseed doesn't frost and I get a better HT from it. The hard thing is wicking, rapeseed requires a lot bigger wick then soy. I use cd cdns and for me they work just fine.

You could put a border around parts of it. Your label is lovely though.
I used to have a border around and liked them better, but since I print them myself they sometimes doesn't go through the printer absolutley straight and its much more visible with the border.

I agree, they are very helpful

So sad the BNL has a flashpoint under 200, I can't have it shipped to Sweden :-(

Thanks everyone, I can't believe how easy it is to make tarts compared to candles ;-)

Wow, just beautiful candles and tarts

and for me many are throwing great. It's strange how differernt HT can be in different waxes. I use a blend of EcoSoya CB-135 and Xcel. I just love her FO and particular Honey Gingerbread!

Just beautiful pillars!

Of the 28 samplers I got, only 6 had good throw and only 4 smelled great but they sure was great.

I think The Candlemakers Store have one

I tried some of their Christmas scents in paraffin and I liked them. I have some FO left and I will try them in soy. They have a lot to choose from but I find it strange that no one seams to have heard of them.... When I got my testers they shipped fast and there was no problem at all.

No one?

I like the final version too

It is a candle safe glitter. I've been doing this for almost 20 years. If it wasn't someone may have to beat me with a stick. heehee
Where can I find that glitter? BC?

Finally today my package arrived and I have already poured Honey Gingerbread and it smells wonderful. Connie also sent me two more samplers, Cinnamon Buns and Tin Roof Sundae, it was like christmas to open the package. Everyone smells great OOB.

I have tested some woodwicks an I like them. I really would like to use them with unscented candles, but I have read that the sparkle is better with 8-9 % fo. Is there any other oil I can use to trigger the sparkle?

I have seen those on a site called "All white candles & candles packaging" They are called "Plastic Pillar Candle End Caps For Shrink Wrap" and they sounds just like the ones you are describing. Sorry, cant give you a link, havent learned that yet on my Ipad

I have almost gone through them all, for now the only one that I find have a good HT (and smells nice) are Blueberry/Pomegranate, Chocolate Fudge Icing and Rosemary Mint.
I do have a few more to test but I really thought more of them would throw and I let them cure at least a week.

I must pick one of them for now (can always try the other later) and which one have the best scents for soy?
I have read lots of good stuff about both of them.
Daystar do have more expensive FO's but most important is that they have a strong HT
It's going to drive me mad to find scent that throws good in my soy (Ecosoya) I have so many testers and when I find a supplier with FO's that throws amazing, she closes down (Bert's)

Just getting ready to order from DayStar and have a hard time to choose between those.
Any suggestions? I use Soy
Rapeseed wax

Thank you :-)
In my candles, I now use a CD 10 in a 6,5 cm container and with soy I used a CD 5. So it is a big difference, at least from the soyblend I used.
