wow!!! Looks pretty nice! Is this carved candle loose the shape when too hot summer? I try do carved candles also... in Russia, but can't get proportion of paraffin, stearine, microwax... candles still are very soft under high temperature((( Can you suggest right formula of that? here is my e-mail: dshadin@list.ru Thank you!

Hello for everybody! Sorry for my english, I'm not american. Sooo... I have a couple question for a guru of candlemaking:smiley2: I tried make carved candles last spring and got a few problems:( One and the biggest of them is melting of candle while pretty hot around. I mean hot summer... >86 F... The candle under this temperature are loose the shape, very soft. Now I'm trying to get right formula be experiments, but not successfull yet... I'm mixing follow components: - paraffin (130 and 140 F melt point) - stearine (stearic acid) - micro wax 180 F melt point May be I have to add something else? If somebody can suggest right proportion I'll be so much appreciated!!!
