Looking closer at the pictures, they are clear plastic containers much like a cavity clamshell but without the hinge. I would assume they are custom made.

Your steps seem to be on target. It is possible the water bath is causing you issues.

Is it possible your home is filled with the fragrance oil already from making your batch or you at least got used to the fragrance?

Air it out for a few days and try again or have someone else try it. HTH

I bet the leather would enhance the scent as well.

They rip you off with cutting their FOs so when you purchase the "extreme" concentrates, they are usually the same as the regular concentrates from most other suppliers at usually more than double the cost.

They also messed up my order and said they would send some free samples for my inconvenience but that never happend and when I asked about it, they said they would make certain to send them right out and still nothing.

With that said, they offer some hard-to-find FOs.

I have found them from a U.S. supplier but the minimum order I can get is 10,000 units.

Anything less than that, they want a $975.00 tooling fee.

I see that CS has a new version as well but the reviews are all that theirs is light as well.

The Walmart link is dead and doing a search does not return any results. So perhaps it was a holiday thing, at least in most stores.

Depending on what parts of the warmer you are trying to paint, you would probably need a high-heat paint such as an acrylic paint.

For small runs I simply measure out what I need, dump the base in a pyrex measuring cup in a double boiler system on low heat and using a candy thermometer.

I would never microwave the base. Besides, as stated the base cools down too fast so that would be a waste of time.

I use the disposable pipettes to fill the containers.

I have seen the labels before with the perforated tops and they were printable.

Not sure if they were laser or inkjet though as it has been a while.

Those are incorrect katshe (although thanks for looking), donna4909 has the right idea but these are not the clear ones. I have been to that company and also another bottle company that also only has the natural version.

I was wondering if someone knows where I can purchase small (under 500) 1 oz. hanging clear tottles / malibu bottles. Also want dispensing caps.

Basically, I want to package and sell hand sanitizers but in small quantities to start so I don't want to go to a large manufacturer.

A distributor or wholesaler would be ideal.
