  1. Looking closer at the pictures, they are clear plastic containers much like a cavity clamshell but without the hinge. I would assume they are custom made.
  2. If you are asking about where to get the molds, I have not seen them but if you are asking where to buy the melts then they are from Goose Creek Home Fragrance. http://www.goosecreekcandle.com/Wax-Melts/ I haven't tried them so not sure how good they are.
  3. Your steps seem to be on target. It is possible the water bath is causing you issues. Is it possible your home is filled with the fragrance oil already from making your batch or you at least got used to the fragrance? Air it out for a few days and try again or have someone else try it. HTH
  4. That person is on Etsy. Those are soy wax crumbles according to her shop.
  5. Carol K, We are looking for the CLEAR bottles. Thank you for your input though.
  6. Looks great! Where would one purchase that size and style pillar mold?
  7. I bet the leather would enhance the scent as well.
  8. They rip you off with cutting their FOs so when you purchase the "extreme" concentrates, they are usually the same as the regular concentrates from most other suppliers at usually more than double the cost. They also messed up my order and said they would send some free samples for my inconvenience but that never happend and when I asked about it, they said they would make certain to send them right out and still nothing. With that said, they offer some hard-to-find FOs.
  9. I have found them from a U.S. supplier but the minimum order I can get is 10,000 units. Anything less than that, they want a $975.00 tooling fee.
  10. I see that CS has a new version as well but the reviews are all that theirs is light as well.
  11. The Walmart link is dead and doing a search does not return any results. So perhaps it was a holiday thing, at least in most stores. I have not seen any in store either.
  12. Depending on what parts of the warmer you are trying to paint, you would probably need a high-heat paint such as an acrylic paint.
  13. For small runs I simply measure out what I need, dump the base in a pyrex measuring cup in a double boiler system on low heat and using a candy thermometer. I would never microwave the base. Besides, as stated the base cools down too fast so that would be a waste of time. I use the disposable pipettes to fill the containers.
  14. I have seen the labels before with the perforated tops and they were printable. Not sure if they were laser or inkjet though as it has been a while. I appreciate your thoughts though.
