Thanks for the info, I'll try the red tea FO. The red tea that I drink is African Sunset from Lipton. I don't even need to drink it, but just inhale the lovely aroma. I was hoping to recreate it, and thought I had read somewhere that you could take things like flower petals and such and try to infuse the wax with those scents if you were patient and willing to do lots of testcases. John

Hi all! I'm new at candle making and have gone through he FAQ, and tips sections. Thanks to everyone who posted there, you got me off to a great start. I have a favorite tea that I just love the scent of. I would like to make a candle with this scent but am not sure how to go about it. I tried the simple things, dipped the tea bag in the wax for different periods of time, as well as at different temps, but I cannot get the scent to stick. I could really use some suggestions. Thanks! John
