You have to add it to your personal page first then it will automatically be on your fan/business page. I just googled how to add it and found a tutorial.

If you have the discussions tab on the left then you could start a thread there. People could leave a comment with their email as an entry. Be sure to put details about the give away including start and end time. Then just get people to enter. HTH! :-)
