Candlemakers Store has a Forest scent - http://www.thecandlemakersstore.com/category/fragrances.listall.forest/ and they're located in your neck of the woods. If you don't feel like trying a fragrance blindly, you can send in a fragrance and they'll duplicate it for you.

That's good to hear.
I'll try to reference CMS more selectively from here on out.

I appreciate that, MzPickles.

The suggestions are not based on personal experience.
I understand where you and IslandGirl are coming from.
In the future, I'll only mention the candlemakers store as a response to posts if it's likely that candlemakers is one of very few suppliers that can provide a solution to the problem. Hopefully that works for everyone. If I continue to see that users of this forum are only interested in answers from people with personal experiences dealing with their problem, then I'll discontinue participation.
I don't want to be thought of as a spammer, and if I am in this forum, I'll gladly stop participating.
Thanks for your feedback.

That's fair. It's not my intention to upset anyone.
I've tried to stay away from suggesting a particular brand for a common fragrance. I've mostly tried to comment when someone is asking for a unique fragrance that they've had trouble finding and I know of a place that has the unique fragrance.
Do you think this is an acceptable thing to do? If not, I won't post on this forum in the future.

I do direct people to use Candlemakers Store, but only when it makes sense to do so.
I don't give out any false advice or suggest Candlemakers unless the poster could find a solution to their problem by using the Candlemakers Store website.

The Candlemakers Store has a Patchouli Amber fragrance. I'm not sure if it has any sandalwoodish qualities or not. But you might give it a shot.
Good luck!

The Candlemakers Store has a sweet orange already made up.
Have a look for yourself - http://www.thecandlemakersstore.com/category/fragrances.listall.sweet_orange/

From the way I understand it, the Pier One fragrance is close to Tuscan Herb which is supposed to have a mixture of currant, leafy greens, basil and sandalwood.
That probably doesn't help you much, but that's all I've got.

Candlemakers Store has a "Love on the Beach" and a "Sex on the Beach." You could give those a try if you feel so inclined.

The Candlemakers Store has a bunch of candle making wicks to choose from. They also explain what type of wick you should use depending on the candle you're making.
Good luck!

I don't know how easy they are to remove, but The Candlemakers Store has these wickstickers that make attaching wicks to containers easy. They're $2.29 for a pack of 100, so it's probably worth a shot.

The Candlemakers Store has a blueberry pomegranate fragrance oil. No mixing needed.

The Candlemakers Store has 4 different patchouli fragrances and about 20 vanillas. You might try mixing and matching their's to get a good one.
