Put the mold into a waterbath. You will have to time how long between the pour and the waterbath to get desired effects. A little longer for some bleeding.

ok, tried to search for that and found nothing here, will someone please explain fingernailing. I'll see what else I can find on it.. ok back, found some on it , maybe water in wax. Will heat wax to 220 for awhile this time and see what happens.

I'm getting white wafer looking spots in my candles. Is this FO ? Is this maybe too much FO? I'm using 4625.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I also have a bunch of those clips, but you must agree that the others are better. Clips always getting in the way. I use those mostly for the tops of my larger molds.

Has anyone found those plastic strip clamps for cheaper than from a candle supply? That stuff should be really cheap, just dont know exactly what I'm looking for. I could cut them down to size myself. Not into paying $2.50 for about a 1 foot piece cut in half. Anyone? And I know I can still get them thru candle supply store for cheaper than $2.50 (lol), but if you use them, you know what i mean by them being to expensive for plastic strip.
