If I want to ship lotion to a friend are there certain requirements? Do I have to disclose the ingredients to the USPS? Such as the flash point of the FO I am using? I read somewhere that ultra refined shea basically has no nutrients left in it and is not as good as refined. Have any of you tried both (or all) in products and noticed a difference?

Do you put them on a cookie rack in the cooler? I have been putting them on a rack underneath a shoebox and they still look horrible. Poor sad candles.
