There is an apple type called Gold Rush, that kind of makes you think of tumbleweeds and stuff. Prairie Autumn, Rustic Apple

I love that label! And, the ribbon does add an extra something...

I use 464 and Ecosoya PB along with a bit of 4630 paraffin wax. Works for me.

Love the snowflakes. You going to make some 'Frozen' soaps with icicle embeds?
How cute would that be!

So there's no neon pink at TKB then? Rather it doesn't produce the bubble gum pink any more?
I was looking at NS and the CP results and just wasn't overly excited in what I was seeing. I also took a stroll through at TKB and saw the pops are back but like in a glittery form maybe??? It seemed they reworked a lot of things to be EU friendly. I can almost see myself going with both places and well ...
See I don't mind the bags. They smoosh together well in the totes where I store them as opposed to stacking only a few jars lol.
Sorry, the Bubblegum Pink was at The Conservatorie not TKB. It's isn't a neon but just a real pretty pale pink. No red, blue or purple undertones. Just pink. And, using more didn't cause a garish pink, just more pink color. Not sure how the reformulated performs. Just read on another forum that it had been and is not the same color in longer in CP.
I haven't found another one that gives me that same shade, unfortunately.

Sorry, the Bubblegum Pink was from The Conservatorie, not TKB. Muddled head today.

I'm really liking the Nurture Soap colorants. The are very easy to mix and very nice colors in the soap. She also sells in bags or jars.
TKB had a Bubblegum Pink, which I loved. But, they reformulated and the color is no longer the same. Haven't found a replacement for that. Nurture has one called Hollywood Pink. It's a nice berry color that good for Strawberry and the like. The Vibrance Micas are also good replacements for the Pops.

I love that cow candle!

I'm not a foodie person but dayum! the Nutmeg and Ginger is an excellent fragrance, as is Christmas Tree. I got a one ounce bottle each of Pumpkin Chutney and Chai Tea Latte. I'm trying to blend those two together for a Pumpkin Chai scent. At 50/50 the Pumpkin overtakes the Chai. So, going to try 2 to1 next, see how that goes.
Cedar Garland reminds me of Cedar and Saffron OOB. Does it change in product?

I wonder if a major portion of Rhonda' clientele does not know that PFO are now the new owners of the MW collection. Hmmm?
Either that or just finding fragrance oils from different suppliers to use instead. Same thing is happening with Scent Works.
-
I also received the same email. I wonder if there may be coops in the future for some of the MW FO's. The minimums for the scents are 5-10lbs. I know I do not need that much any one scent.
Co-ops from the forum here or PFO?. At this point, the most I would buy of any scent would probably be two pounds. But, I started looking for different fragrances elsewhere when she was OOS of most things there for a while. Around the time she reorganized her business a bit.
Lorelei, I agree. It was like one minute she was having a pre-buy and the next going out of business. I really liked Rhonda, she always answered my questions quickly and shipping costs were pretty good.

Just got an email from PFO. It says they are surprised by the low interest in the Moonworks oil and they realize that some have been duped by other companies. So, they are going to make the oils Special Order and if there is enough interest in a particular fragrance, they will add to the normal line.
Also, they are now the owners of Snowdrift Farms fragrances. They have had requests for Satsuma and Oakmoss Sandalwood and are taking all requests. Their goal is to bring in one or two fragrances a month. Never had the opportunity to try their fragrance oils. Only ordered from them once or twice before he closed the business.

I did a 2 oz. Tester bar in trichomania a while back and mine discolored blotchy brown too, and think it was a heater. now I can't find it- one of the kids must have taken it,lol..I guess this is another coconut fo for hp and lotion only..smells pretty good oob, not as sweet as my other coconut fo's.
Definite heater. I had to take the top off pretty quickly and stuck it in front of the fan. Caught me by surprise.
-
Pulled the Trichomania out again to see what it was like. It has been 2 or 3 months since it was made. I get a bit of sun tan lotion smell. Still not what I would call coconut.
-
Skip Fragrance Buddy's Trichomania Lush Dupe. According to the web site there is 0% vanillin. But, my CP batch discolored to a dark brown and it smelled like vanilla to me after a few weeks cure.

I have the CCL also, I'll put it in wax this weekend too.
Thank you, Tracey!

I have a sample of it that I'm going to be pouring this weekend. Oob it is very creamy & spicy, a good balance. My favorite used to be from Cajuns, but it looks like it's been discontinued, I also have samples from Candle Soylutions, JS, Millcreek & SGS (I forget their new name) queued up to pour and compare. Of those my favorite oob is the Candle Soylutions followed by the SGS. Do you want me to let you know how the Fillmore's Chai turns out? JLMK!
That would be great. I use the one from Oregon Trails and it is wonderful. Does fade slightly in CP. I have not used it in wax though.

Has anyone tried their Creamy Chai Tea?
-
Ok, after however many years of hearing about this oil on this board I finally ordered it! It arrived today and I've got to tell you that I am in heaven!! OOB it smells very much like the Slatkin Fresh Balsam candles I've been driven to purchase in bulk because I love the scent so much and haven't been able to find a fo enough like it to make my own. Doing the Snoopy happy dance here.......
Dang it, you guys are going to make me buy this scent aren't you??
Mine pine lovers like Rocky Mountain from Elements or Pinion from MW. I personally like Winter Festival (MW) or Blue Spruce (CS).

Guy I work with gave me a little saying, he always asks if I'm still making soap. It was something he learned in chemistry class years ago. I forgot the first part of the line. It sticks with me though for some reason.
<first part of line> or, so to speak
add the strong into the weak
Finally remembered the rest of the first line...
When in doubt, or so to speak
Add the strong into the weak

Aroma Haven Pumpkin Creme Brulee
I also did a blend last year with somebody's pumpkin, can't remember which one right now, and Oregon Trails Chai Tea. Was wonderful in soap.
It's not pumpkin but a good Amish Harvest is a great fall fragrance.

Name searching
in Fragrance Discussion

It's not a fragrance oil but a type of apple. I was doing google searches with terms like apples, sage brush, tumbleweeds, desert, Nevada, etc. This apple variety happen to pop up. Name sounded interesting as did a bit of the description.
'The fruit is characterized by a complex, rich spicy flavor with a high degree of acidity and sweetness.'
