  1. Hi everyone, I have been reading a lot of threads on clamshell pricing. I am planning to get started making them to wholesale to local shops, but am a little concerned about profit margin. I estimated my cost (based on prices from WSJ) at about $1.20 each, and it seems many people sell at this price to shops. Are there better prices out there for supplies than WSJ? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks so much, Vicki
  2. Would testing be necessary if you are only selling pre-made lotion bases and melt/pour soaps you purchase from suppliers like WSJ? Vicki
  3. Good point! I had not thought about that, but you are right. Thanks for your input. Vickilee
  4. Hi everyone, I have a question about liability insurance. I am getting back into candle making after being away from it for several years. I am focusing on wickless products this time around. Mostly melt warmers, sachets, etc. With that in mind, do I still need to carry liability insurance? Thanks so much, Vickilee
