Great candle. I love the colour and effect you got.

Hi Victoria, I'm also in the UK and find it hard finding good supplies. Try Alan at http://www.candleicious.co.uk/ His stuff is more expensive than it is in the States but he does have a lot and it's all imported from the States anyway.

Thanks for the suggestions.
Connie, I don't think it would get burned as I bought it to make something for my mum, she loves pigs, and I don't think she would burn it.

Thanks for the suggestion. Do you cut it with a regular sharp knife?
-
I have a rubber mold of a pig from flexiblemolds and I can't get him out of the mold without breaking his head off :undecided
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've bought oils from the candlesource and candlechem on ebay but I buy direct from candlesource.com now. Both sell great oils and have great customer service. You can't go wrong with either of them.

If the flat braid works well for you then stick with them. The LX wicks work in containers if you ever decide to try those

You should just be able to pop the wick in and fold the top part over, but some people heat the wick tab first to hold it in place.

Some places recomend using the LX16 for 2-2.5 inch pillars and some recomend using them for 3-3.5 inch pillars. It's probably best to try it and decide what works best for you. I have a bunch of Lx wicks here and they all look small compared to the flat braid wicks.
