Ravens, I just started using this wax not to long ago and love it! While I was picking up a case I started asking questions about jar candles and he just told me everything to do! They are such nice people! I will be trying in the next couple days!

I love making them and they sell great for me! Customers with fire pits love them Ive even bought grapevine wreaths and chopped them into pieces and stuck them into it!

Just went and picked up my case of wax from TCS

I make tarts with it, But Im gonna mess around and try some jar candles with it:confused:

I'm going! So excited, can't wait to meet everyone going!

I mix my own...25% para/soy blend with 75% 1343. Releases well and has great throw.

Sam, I'm glad to hear someone say something positive about KY. I was hoping to save on shipping as I'm about an hour away, but I just couldn't make it work...

Yes it was good but I now use a para/soy blend of my own, but also like The Candle Source Wax , With being in KY I can drive right over to ohio and pick it up.

When I used ky wax i melted and mixed fragrance in at about 170 and my tarts were great! and 1.5 ounce scent per pound

I cant help you on the shipping I can make a 45 minute drive to pick up.

I dont think OBI was bad on the shipping.. I bought 28 electric warmers and the shipping was 42.00

I ordered on the 2/3/2011 and heard nothing, So yesterday I said forget them and ordered from OBI yesterday 2/8/2011 at about noon and They are going to be delivered TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I made some tarts in portion cups with the joywax and the scent throw is very good. Is there some other wax I can mix with this just to harden it up a little,,I was thinking ecosoya PB

I just ordered joy wax for the first time and made some tarts in portion cups and they smell awesome! on the second day very strong cold throw.. I will burn one on sunday.

I want to make some scalloped but it is to soft I think could I add something to it without messing the wax up?

Shirlee sent me some too!, I burned country gift shop and it was very strong! And Zucchini bread WOW I have not burned it dont need to I have it on my kitchen counter and everyone smells it just sitting there, It even mingled with the country gift shop burning and it smelled awesome!

All last week I have made tarts with TCS wax and I have not had a problem, Made some Elton john fireside from ICS for a customer and sent them to her and got a email back that I out did myself. she said one tart filled her whole house and she ordered more for christmas gifts.

I heated wax to about 180 than added fragrance between 172 and 175

used anywhere from 1 ounce to 1.5 and stirred for about 2 minutes.
