The tank is well worth the wait. I had to wait too on the powder coating as they do get backlogged on it. Probably just this time of year with their orders coming in.
For Craft's Sake as a great rep and all I can say is just wait, they are great people and very willing to help.

I think of a statement like that on a website is important as people are dumb and do not take the care to burn a candle with responsibility. This does not mean you should not have insurance for your products, just another reminder to customers.
They have warning labels on everything…Do not use this hairdryer in the shower…you know someone, somewhere was an idiot.

The thing that gets me are the ones calling soy candles natural or Green. Soy wax isn't made just by stomping on the beans and vines, like making wine in the old days, but is extruded out of the vegetable matter by a highly toxic to humans chemical called hexane. I may not have the spelling right on hexane.
Then another chemical is then put through the wax to extrude the hexane out. How is this natural or classified as being Green???
Anything that burns produces soot. Paraffin has a darker soot, soy has a grey soot, so harder to see. They all soot.
Hehe and you won't see me drinking Soy milk either. Don't ask how that is made. JMO

I have an EZ UP for several years and it now sits in my shop.
Go to Wal Mart and get a First Up, priced around $80-90. The First Up is lighter, and when folded is smaller to use than the EZ UP. The best feature is its UV liner, makes the tent a few degrees cooler and shades so much better than the EZ UP.
Will not buy another EZ UP. HTH

Sunday, I put Sweet Pumpkin into a 1 pound test batch of soap. It smells wonderful. Can't wait to test it. HTH

Fragrance Oil Heaven had both Jap. Pear & Ginseng and Lime Crystal Kisses...Does anyone know if those were brought from FOH? Missing Kimmy's oils.

This guy's a player ... and who, in their right mind, would ever buy from him again. The next thing will be that he's having a "going out of business" sale! :rolleyes2
Hehe Candlebuddy, I have to agree with you.

Can someone play "Taps" as I think Mr. Missy just committed a fatal error.
-
I saw $6.00 for 2 oz samples. Little steep for me.
-
I use my own blend of paraffin and soy and I pour about 140 and do not have a problem with wax setting up.
-
For me, I put the container on the scale, tare it out and pour the ounces that I want for that container. HTH
-
You are supposed to have the net weight on each candle. The weight you put on a label is the net weight of the candle not the size of the container. Weight the container empty, then filled with your wax and that is the net weight that should be listed on your candle somewhere.

Lol, I think Mr. Missy you would have been better off not identifying yourself with the past and certainly not stealing pictures of others websites.
You may be better off to start all over with a new company name,

I read somewhere that soy is a known allergen and can cause many types of reactions in different people. HTH
-
If the candle can scent a room, then it is too strong for skin application, lotion should be 1% fragrance load. Doesn't matter if the fragrance oil is skin safe, it is the amount.
All it takes is one incident with a customer having a reaction and the seller is in for a world of hurt.

Thanks for the info Yall! Deleted it! :smiley2:

Just received an email from WiseRep about selling my candles to speciality stores.
Does anyone know anything about them?
Thanks!

LisaW,

Just found out that the Texas Candle Conference has been cancelled.

Doh, I just went to the link I have saved http://www.texascandleconference.com/ and it is now showing as a parked page by GoDaddy.com.
Not sure what is going on.
Is there another way?

I use a presto griddle, great for heating jars, melting wax for repours and I use it to melt dye flakes before I pour wax in the pouring pot. Works great and not that expensive.
