Hi everyone!
I know it's been a while since I posted last. Had to take a break for a while. Seems like when I'm ready to get going strong something always comes up
I am still trying to come up with a company name. I make wickless products and bath and body. I am wanting a name with just one word if possible and want it to be able to go with different styles/lines.
Any suggestions
Thanks

Oh I like!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Toni and Trapp! Are y'all talking about me????? If so I am fairygirl on BitterCreek. I seem to have the hardest times keeping the same name cuz they seem to always be taken. Then I get frustrated and use one that comes to mind. I know very confusing especially for me. LOL
Toni, back when I talked to you on BC it was when you had to fill out your name everytime you posted. That was a long time ago.
-
I still antique them just not as much as I used to. I do them more in the colder months. I'm sooooo glad you taught me how to do them cuz I love the tins but the silver doesn't fit my style.
You are gonna love the info she sends you. If for some reason she doesn't get it to you I can always forward it to ya.
-
Trapp, I got it! Thanks!!!
Toni, I just realized this was you. Even though I see you posting on the other board I haven't talked to you in years. You walked me through aging my tins in the oven. Gosh that was probably 4 years ago.

Meridith, like Trapp said we weren't meaning to offend anyone. Sorry!
Trapp, I didn't get your email.
-
Thanks Trapp your the best retard I know. LOL You might not know me from here but you do from the other place. I emailed you the other day to see if you got your jackel order with the pinecone warmers,etc... Do you like them?
Could you please send me the info?????????????
Thanks, Robin

Thanks!
No Toni, I thought I was the only retard!:embarasse lol

Thanks Scrubzz!
-
Thanks Jaime I'll search for it.
-
I was going to recommend Jackel but you mentioned you wanted something different. I have been searching for more too. It does seem like everything comes from China. I think at one time I had a catalog with burners, etc in them. I have been looking for it with no luck but I'll keep trying
-
I've never ordered anything either but wanted to take a look. I sure wished I had the phone number to call them.
-
I can't seem to be able to click to see anything on there website. Do you know if they have closed down?
Thanks
-
Thanks y'all
I have tried everything.
Circle, it just had a filmy residue on it, I don't think it was actually wax.
I think I'm about to post it for free and someone can just pay shipping. Maybe someone will have better luck then me.
-
I sure wished I knew how to find someone to make these. I just saw at WalMart that Paula Deen has candles in these type jars with the metal embossed lids. Very pretty!
-
Oh I love that!!!!!!!!!!!! I would never be able to do that. lol
-
I wish I knew too. I know old virginia candle co uses some similar on QVC.
-
Looks like now they use was embeds. I wonder why? lol
-
Thanks! I made some more melts in them(no more palm) and that did not help. I then went ahead and stuck it in the dishwasher and no luck. I guess my new mold is ruined
-
I tried experimenting with palm wax today. I really like it but it left a residue in my silicone mold. The mold is made by wilton that is food safe but I bought it at WSP as a tart mold. My ? is, can I put it in the dishwasher to get the residue off or is it not good to put wax/fo products in the dishwasher? And if I can use the dishwasher, do I wash it alone without any dishes? For some reason washing by hand isn't getting the job done
Thanks
