I called 2 weeks ago about ordering my tureens, they no longer carry them. I just called about my old time lids, I was told they are no longer going to carry lids. I'm needing jars and lids and don't want to pay for shipping. Anyone know of another supplier for tureens in the DFW area.
TIA

I havn't made these, but if I did I would use a glass jar instead of a zip lock bag. i would be afraid of the bag would rip or the FO would eat it.

Does your turn out cloudy?

Just a few questions, How do you package these and is this safe for all sink types.

For me it's been a hit & miss sorta thing. Most did not throw well or the scent was off. I use para soy.

I'm pretty sure The Candlemakers Store has a straight black raspberry.

I came across this company in a search. Has anyone tried their oils?

I have to order rosehips and I'm still short on the min. order. Has anyone bought/tested any FO's for soy or para soy? Would you mind sharing what their oils are like. Please...
TIA

I.m getting a fuel smell with LS. Has anyone tried KY's or NG's? Can you tell me what they smell like? MY freinds b-day is in 2 weeks and I need to get this one right.

I love GL Mexican Vanilla and it is Excellent in soy and para-soy. I did not care for Taylored Concepts.

I would be running a scan.....
I have. I have no idea what a html framer is, or what is does, but I dont want to find out either.

for parasoy. I have checked fragranceoilfinder, but I'm not sure if it is current and AVG will not let me into the scentforum because of a html virus. I'm really wanting something like a cobbler or crumble.
Thanks,

I was going to start a thread about Just Scent (http://www.justscent.com/) as they looked like they had a lot of great stuff.
However, I was turned off after looking here:
http://www.scentforum.com/supplier-reviews.php
http://www.scentforum.com/view-supplier-reviews/76/just-scent.php
They have the most reviews out of anyone on that site. Every month they get 1-3 reviews posted, all 5 stars. The comments all sound like they were written by the same people. It is VERY suspicious to me. Sprinkled throughout all that are a number of reviews (about the same number most of the other sites on that list have in total) of negative reviews saying the oils are very weak and don't throw.
I hope my suspicions are unfounded, because a vendor making fake reviews for themselves is criminal as far as I'm concerned.
Everytime I go into here I get an alert from AVG. Saying virus threat. HTML/ Framer. Anyone know what this is?

It depends on who registered the company name first. You can go to the county records and do a name search to see if they registered the name.

I've seen these jars somewhere. Maybe Wal-Mart? Bed Bath & Beyond?

I am researching new styles of warmers. Can anyone give me any feedback - good or bad - on these? More specifically will a 1 oz tart fit in them? Are they a hassel to switch tarts?

I was thinking the same thing. Might make a good co-op.

I love KY's parasoy. I just made coconut crean Pie (KY FO's) at 8% and it is strong.

I love GL's Japanese Cherry Blossom. IMO it is dead on for a BBW dupe. Awsome throw in my 50/50 blend.

Went in to get the square Libbey jars and right next to them were the Metro jars. But without the cover.
They have a new company for their distribution. You do have to check out the glass, They had some with the bottoms are off center.

Try candlescience. They have a good price on lids for that type jar. They have it in flat or domed for the status jar. Hope this helps.:smiley2:
Thank you, This still comes out cheaper for me buying the jar here and ordering the lids from CS.
-
11 oz. status jars? I only need 4 lids. I bought the jars at the Dollar Tree but they don't have the lids.
I'm thinking about making these into wickless for my crock warmer to see how they work.
Thanks, Lori

You could try mixing your own. I know the candlemakers store has a straight maple butter and a cheesecake.
Anyone know what's up with Riekies?

Yes, They are alot higher. I'm trying not to add any extra cost to the final product, UPS and USPS is doing an excellent job at that.
