  1. I bought these small silver cups in the kitchen gadget isle at walmart, they would be used for side sauces etc. I think they were less than a buck for 5 or 6. They never melt and I can just wash them out and reuse over and over. They hold probably somewhere about 1 1/2 to 2 oz.

  2. the worst non mixer is Bert's, which is totally terrible because it's the best smelling chocolate I have EVER had.:sad2: I have even dropped the fo load to 4 % and it just looks like I'm trying to mix oil and vinegar together. Bert told me to add the fo to the wax when the wax cooled down, but that did not work either. I also tried warming the oil slightly and adding it to a hotter wax, but nothing. I have tried CS choc fudge and it's just so so and right now I am testing Peak and it's pretty good but none of them have that rich choc scent of Bert's. Any more suggestions on a RICH knock your socks off Chocolate???? Thanks evereyone

  3. Hi Everyone,

Can you help with a mixing problem I am having? I am testing 4 different chocolate fo's from different suppliers. I am using a parasoy preblend at 6% but 2 of the chocolates are just sinking to the bottom of my pour pot and beading up(no matter how long I mix). I am putting the fo into the melted wax @ 170 degrees and I have even slightly warmed the fo. What am I doing wrong? Any tips? Thank You

  4. What I have found is that like any other supplier they are hit or miss. I have had some great ones and some bombs but overall they are pretty good. I HIGHLY recommend their sniffie program. You can pick 5 or 10 or whatever for a very small fee and I even think the shipping was included, this way before you spend $$ even on 1 ounce samples you can test it out. I just love that they offer that and I have noticed a few more companies doing it as well. I just did a sniffie order with SGS last week, t's great. As far as the essential oils go, I don't work with them so I can't comment on those with SOS. One thing I have to add about SOS is that their customer service was fantastic. HTH:)
