I can't really remember if it was more buttery or more coconut, but I do remember I could never get a good throw from it, hot or cold!

I sell tons of this stuff along with the soy whip. I put them in 2 & 4 oz malibu tubes but customers are requesting the 8 oz tubes now!

There was a time when most of my candles were 85% gel. Now that I have moved into other types of candles that has dropped to probably about 30% gel candles. It's always good to have variety. And with the gel prices going up I figured it would be a good idea to try other things. I still make customer favorites like pies, a few drinks, pancakes & waffles, & fruit bowls!

I use them but for only a few fragrances. I use strawberry, blue raspberry, hot baked apple pie & a couple of others. Only use these for gel though. I found that some of their fragrances aren't strong enough for me in container waxes or pillar waxes.

IGI 1260 works for me!

Happy for Men-WSP

www.scottcrewcandlesupply.com has some silicone pie molds, if that is what you're looking for.

It was IGI 4625.

Purchased some 4625 wax yesterday. Started to break it up when I noticed it smelled funny. It has a really oily smell to it that I never noticed before. Anybody else ever have this? I'm wondering if I should even use it.

Anybody ever buy gel wax from The Gel Candle Shop? They have pretty decent prices but I've never dealt with them before. BCN is out of HD gel right now.

Oh good! She did have a couple of scents that I couldn't find anywhere else but I refused to do business with her anymore. I am guessing they will be a little more expensive at RE though. I can say that I have had nothing but good experiences with RE. But I only order fragrance oils from them.

I sell lots of beers scented with BC gel safe Ocean Mist?
-
I purchased a mold from them once. The quality of the mold was horrible. It ripped the third time I used it. Plus it took forever for them to send it. They'll never get my business again!

I know IGI purchased Honeywell Astorlite but are the waxes the same? Meaning, is the 4633 (formerly J223) the exact same wax as before or is it strictly a name change?

www.rusticescentuals.com has a nice Hot Apple Pie fragrance that is gel compatible.

The Soap Dish has plastic 8 oz. milk bottles. WSP has a quart size milk jug.

I contacted S&P after I received my samples. They said the fragrance load for the container & pillar blend palm is 6%.

Finally got nice bath bombs after about 2 years of trying. I leave out the witch hazel also & just use half Turkey Red Oil and half another light oil. I also can't get a good bath bomb if it is too humid in my house. Now with the cooler weather they have been coming out excellent!

I'll know today. I finally figured out the meatballer so I made some with those & some with the Tap-a-mold. We'll see which sells better.

Okay, I am loving the Tap-A-Mold! Quick and easy to use. I purchased the one from Soap Wizards.

I am so glad I found this information. Especially after my little trip to the emergency room last night! My allergies had been bothering me when I woke up in the morning & after pouring some Dreamsicle & Vanilla Buttercream tarts I could barely breathe! After suffering all day I finally gave up and when to the hospital at 11:30 pm. Had to have 2 breathing treatments & a shot in the a**! Any kind of smoke in general usually bothers me but it never got this serious from making candles. From now on I will be wearing a mask with respirator too!

Has anyone ever tried to make bath bombs with the Tap-A-Molds like the ones Herbal Soaps by RJ or Soap Wizards sells?
