Does anyone know where to find 1 oz HDPE plastic bottles for FO at a reasonable rate. The cheapest I have found is 0.20 per bottle. Is this the best I can do???

I am thinking of ordering some FO samples from ICS but I would like some feedback about the quality of these FO's. Do they work well in soy? Good scent throws? Any info would be helpful. THANKS : )
