  1. The flower has a very short life once harvested. I was in Borneo 2 years ago and the air was thick with the smell of ylang ylang. I went for a walk to find the source and there it was an enormous ylang ylang tree. The flowers are a greenish yellow and their scent can be smelled for blocks. I picked some of the flowers and brought them back to my room, and with 6 hours they started turning black. You can buy the seeds, but the climate is not right here for the tree. The only area that they would thrive is in the tropical south and Hawaii. It is probably one of my favorite scents.

  2. Greanleaf Indonesian Teak is an awesome scent. It is easily one of my favorite scents!! It is howvever not a true teak. I have been searching for a good straight Teak scent for a long time but no luck. Ever since I smelled Teakwood by Votivo...I fell in love with the scent. I was in Costa Rica last year and went to a teak farm...the scent of teak was so thick in the air that I didn't want to leak. It is definately my favorite woodsy scent! Good luck in your search!!

  3. I used to use the frosted 9 oz bulb jars. I didn't have any problems with fingerprints. The problem I had was that I have alot of candle recyclers and when they bring back the container they don't look very nice. After they have been washed they look kinda gray and hazy. As far as wet spots, they just look like a dark shadow. HTH

  4. The was a co-op a while back for electric tart warmers that was canceled due to lack of participants. Does anyone remember which comany that was? I know that it is not Jackal. I was able to get a few of the warmers and gave one to a friend. Now her cousin wants 10 of them and I just can't remember who the company was. Anyone?!! :undecided TIA
