  1. The instructions that came with my soy candle kit suggested pouring half the wax, letting it harden, and then poke holes around the wick to help in burning, but I believe this is causing a rough surface from bubbles after I pour the second half of the candle. Are the holes really going to help with the burning, or can I skip that part since I can never get a nice smooth surface. thanks in advance as always
  2. Hi, You are totally right, he may be a spoiled brat, but he is a beautiful one. I bet my baby girls would have a crush on him if they seen him. Vinny, my little boy would like him but he does have a hard time with other dogs because he likes to play but gets ruff and than get angry when the other dog gets ruff. I made my first soy candle yesterday and will trying to get better at my gels. How long have you been doing candles. Its been a month for me. thanks again*super banana*
  3. Thank you both for your replies. Cathyinme, I have to ask you if that doggy is your baby. I love dogs, I have one golden retriever and two rat terriers and one thinks she is a pitt, can you tell by my avatar?
  4. What is the best cleanser to use to clean the metal pot after pouring out dyed gel? Clean up seems pretty hard, and the scrub pads fill up with gel junk right away. How do you gals/guys do it? thanks in advance :smiley2:
  5. Bummer, I was hoping to try and avoid shipping and wanted to try and do an experiment today with glitter, but will now need to add it to my next online order. thanks again :smiley2:
