I uses USPS' Click N Ship to print out my postage. You get a small discount and free delivery confirmation when you have an account. I've never had a package get "lost". I think the delivery confirmation has a lot to do with it.

I'd give it another week or two before refunding her money or resending the order. It might show still show up.

I think most people just use the glass flower pots for molds.

They're only about a $1 a piece.

I see a lot of etailers that have free shipping sales and wonder how they can afford to do this...I can see it with a minimum purchase but a lot of them do it without a minimum. What happens with all the $10-$20 orders? If I paid shipping on a $10 order of tarts, it would actually be spending money for them to take my tarts in most cases. lol

Can you write off the cost of this free shipping on your taxes at the end of the year or something?

I've heard people use the clear mod podge. Paint it on the pillar with a brush and then sprinkle the dazzle dust on or roll the candle in it.

Bet Aroma Haven would be happy to tell you how they do it too.

I've heard that's how they make their candles. By placing a plain unscented pillar in a jar and doing a scented over pour. Saves a lot of $$$ on fragrance oil and helps to keep the wicks centered they say. lol

I keep it in stock and usually have a back up lb of my best sellers as well.

I've used the white plastic mixing spoons from Walmart for years now. They're like 4 in a bag for $1 and and really easy to wipe off, if you do it while the wax is still hot.

I vote for the corn cob too. WAY cheaper and you can get it locally. I tried aroma beads and really didn't think they lasted much longer.

I like RE's dyes the best...They work great and come in glass bottles with droppers. I've used the white liquid dye from Alabasters and didn't care for it. I get white dye blocks from RE for that.

RE's Pink does this to me too but it also depends on which fragrance oil I'm using at the time. lol

1/2 a drop of red works good for a soft pink. =o)

Seems lazy, wasteful and just plain dangerous, to leave them on the candles. They're meant to be used over and over again. I use the ones from BCS.

I've seen plastic molds that they say you can burn candles in like these, but not sure if that's what you're meaning...

You could punch a hole in the middle of the bottom for the taper.
