I don't use this wax, but if it is made by the same co I would think it is the same wax. I use EL soy and I would buy it from other suppliers because they are not the ones making the wax they are just distributing it. HTH:smiley2:

I ordered 2lbs worth of FO from her and the shipping for me was a little steep. I had asked her in the comments section of my order if she couldn't send it some other way? Well that didn't happen but when I opened my package instead of three samples I got six!! Very exciting to me, especially when it is so hard to get 1 sample from other suppliers. Enough rambling from me though, just had to share.

They both look really nice!! I know a lot of people like it, and at the risk of being flogged, Love Spell is actually not one of my favortie scents.:tiptoe:

I just use one wick in my 8oz and 16oz square masons. I noticed some people double wick these jars also, and was wondering why you would need to double wick these containers?

For those of you that make the tarts in the clamshells from the coop, how much do you charge for these. Just trying to gather a general consensus for what these go for. TIA:)

If you are talking about the metered mason jar. The only place I have been able to find them is WSP. The shipping was outragous, but I wanted them badly enough that I paid it! HTH:)

You may have to try mixing something on your own. I have never ran across that one. That doesn't mean it's not out there, I just haven't found it.

All of those sound awesome. I need to quit buying FO's and start making some candles. I never thought I would be addicted to buying them, but there are so many I want to try. I have tons of FO's from tons of different places. Someone was talking about a support group, you can count me in.

Jeff, Have you ever smelled BBW Red Currant and Thyme Tea? I am looking for something close to that scent and have a sample of Captivatingly Currant on the way from JS. Just wondering if they are similar?

Unless you are going to be making huge quantities of candles like thousands at a time, a couple of presto pots and several pouring pots will get the job done. I of course like to pour in smaller quantities for better quality. JMO Good luck in your candle making endeavor it is a blast.

I love my EZ wick setter!! I don't know how the heck I ever made candles before I got that thing. I saw some other wick holders somebody was going to do a coop on them but ended up not. These ones look a little sturdier than the ones in the coop. I may have to give them a try. Was there prices on the website for these?? I will go look.

For those of you who dip and place the critter on the rack. I do this but I still end up squeezing out some excess wax. How long do you have to let the critter drip before there isn't to much wax in it. I squeeze them out and they still end up with a waxy butt. I did a ton of these at christmas time. If there is a better way I'm all for it!

I don't think I will be ordering from RA. I just spent over $50 in the scent event coop. I'm very excited to get these oils. Maybe I should just slow down a bit!! NAAWW!! That wouldn't be any fun!

Those are very cute. Now I have a question? How do you get the ducks to set in the soap without pushing it up around them and creating ugly "waves" for lack of a better word, it looks like an overpour. Am I waiting to long to place the duck on? If I try to put it on to soon then the duck falls over and if I wait to long I get the "waves". Sorry this was so long I really like the duckie soap but am wondering what I am doing wrong? TIA

I have to correct myself. I got my OMH from Brambleberry. I don't know if the Oatmeal Raisin Cookies from JS is bodysafe or not. I will let you know that also.

I agree! The OMH scent that I got from NG reminds me of an outhouse at a campground. They put those really strong yucky smelling air fresheners in those bathrooms. Anyway I ordered some Oatmeal Raisin Cookies from JS will let you know what I find out.
