That's adorable!
Did you form it by hand?
-
Looks great!
Don't forget to list fragrance in your ingredients though.

Those look great!
Beautiful colors. What kind of wax did you use?
Great Job!

Those are one of the things I keep saying I'm going to try one of these days! lol
I'm sure they wouldn't look THAT good though...Very realistic!

Those are wonderful!! Where did you get the molds? (If you don't mind)
The mold comes from Flexiblemolds.com

Was looking for something to put my new sugar cone candle on so I could take a picture for my website (They look so plain by themselves!). Anyhow, grabbed one of my old textile spools and thought it looked pretty good...
What do you think?

What is the size of the corn? I had never thought of using that for a melt. They are wonderful and your coloring is very real. Great ideas! Soapymomma:D
Hi Soapy!
They're about 3" long. The biggest one's 3 1/4".
They weigh in at around 1 oz, so they make perfect tarts.

is no longer white! How he's orange Well, mostly orange anyway. I notice he was ivory last a couple weeks ago and that seemed ok. This looks awful! I used 4625 and Lilac FO (perfectly clear) so this makes no sense. He's been in a dim room and in plastic since he first started turning ivory. I pulled the plastic bag down so it would show a bit more...
I like the white bears, but will avoid them if necessary. Anyone have any ideas?
Might help if you use some UV Protector and actually die the wax white.
I do that with all my white candles, because a lot of the FOs will react with the wax and turn yellow after a while...
Some people actually die the wax in colors before didping white bears too.
Like pink or blue.

Banana bread soap--who'd a thunk it?
Looks yummy.
I know it seems kind of strange, but this FO smells SO GOOD and last Christmas I remember seeing Suave and other soft soap makers doing shower gel in Hot Cocoa, Gingerbread, etc....So, I thought "Why Not?" LOL
-
Guess I'm on a food kick, since I'm making all this soap that looks like it. lol
This is a 5 oz. loaf, scented in Banana Spice Bread.
I knew the brown I got with my soap dye wouldn't be brown enough, so I dusted my mold with cinnamon before pouring...It might be a little too dark now. lol What do you think?

Reminds me that I'd better get busy! LOL
Nice shelves too...If you don't mind me asking, how much were they at Sam's? I could use some of them in my store room.

Those are so cute, I dont know if i would have the heart to snap his head off and stick him in a burner.
LOL! I was telling my husband I would hear a lot of that from customers...
He says "Well, people EAT them don't they?"...Guess he has a point there! lol

How did you make the seeds?
mm
I just painted the seeds on using acrylic paint.
-
I'm messing around with Christmas stuff already! LOL
Here are a few Gingerbread Men, scented Sugar Cookie & Gingersnap.
They'll have to break these tarts up to fit them in a tart burner. They're about 6" tall and weigh almost 3 ozs each. lol

Tried mixing the white base 1/2 and 1/2 with some clear honey base I had...I think I like this color a lot better (The one on the left). What do you think?

That's what I was afraid of...Think I'll try the next batch using 1/2 clear and 1/2 white to see what it looks like. I didn't want it to be see-through, so it would look more realistic. That's why I started with the white base to start with. lol
Thanks

aww those are so adorable are they on your website yet?
No. I wanted to get the color better before I put them on my website.
Hopefully soon though...

Man, ice cream sounds GOOD right about now! LOL

Those look great!
Don't know what size foils you are using, but I noticed this place has 5x5's on clearance. Thought you might like to check it out.

Made some watermelon soap using silk & shea M&P soap.
I'm not real happy with the shade of pink I got though.
I'd like it to be more red like the tarts I have in the right hand corner...
Have any tips on how I can get a darker red with out it staining people's skin? lol The lather is still white so far. I used a liquid red soap dye, a clear red soap bar dye from WSP and even regualr food coloring in this one. I guess it's because I started off with a white base...Any suggestions?

Need to work a little more on the coloring, but I think they'll make cute tarts.
Shiskabob and Sliced Onions (Vanilla Scented)
and a Fruit Cup (Scented as it should be.)
The shiskabob made my husband hungry...lol
Trying to decide which Mammy I like best...

Got these new tart molds and don't think I need to carry both of them. lol
Would like some opinions please...
Which one do you like better? The one on the top or the one on the bottom?
They both weigh about an ounce.
TIA,
Donna-Do
