You can find the larger tart molds here:
http://cart.candlesupply.com/search.php?mode=search&page=1
And check here for the tape/ lip bags:
http://gtbags.com/polyproliptape.html
They’re usually cheaper than papermart.

I agree with pcbrook...I've been making them for years and while they don't sell anything like my tarts do, they still sell. A lot of people just don't like the smoke...

Got my sample the other day and boy did my mail box smell good!
Sorry I didn’t post about it sooner but when I came here to do it, the board was down…
Anyway, here are my thoughts…
- is it original, is there something out there just like it? Not just like it but I think this smells a lot like Roobois (Red Tea) from AH/RE. Maybe with just a touch of lemon. Very similar though.
2. is it strong enough to be enjoyable? Thought it was pretty strong and threw well.
3.IS the scent pleasant to you? I thought it was nice, though I’m more into spicy/bakery types scents. It definitely wasn’t unpleasant.
4. Does it's name "match" the scent? I’d have to say no, specially after thinking it smelled like the Roobois…I was expecting more orange, like some of the others and definitely didn’t pick up a bunch of spice.
Hope my review was helpful and thanks again for letting me try it!

I'd love to be a tester as well!

Her Vanilla Bean is like the first true dupe of Vanilla Bean Noel and is awesome!
As for other ones not mentioned that are must haves, all I can say is SUN WASHED LINEN.
-
I use TNC's and my customers seem to love it. I'm not a floral person myself. lol
-
Thanks Scented!
Haven't thought of mixing orange with patchouli, I might have to try it. The Blood Orange I had was totally different than Sweet Orange and Chili Pepper (I carry that one too)...Tried JS's Blood Orange and it didn't even come close.
Thanks again!

C&S used to have the best Blood Orange on their bargain FO page but now it's gone. Did a search on Fragrance Finder and Scent Forum and came up with nothing...Anyone know of a really good one?
TIA

Oh, I thought you already had the mold. lol
Forgot to mention too, that RE has some great micas and glitter for candles.
-
Sometimes they'll get easier to use after you use them a few times but as painful as it might be, sometimes you just have to snip them...
If you're using any kind of soy wax, that might be making it a little harder too. Do you have a picture of the mold?
-
It's not listed on her site. All paraffin 133, you'll have to call her. She just might not sell it anymore.
Oh, okay. I'll check with her then. Thanks!
-
I bought KY 133 from her, I just checked my label. Maybe call Vickey and see if she will sell some to test. And if you like it to continue to buy.
I saw that the 132 has a lower MP but it's a soy blend.
I'm one of those people that can smell soy and it's not a good smell. lol
Can you detect any odor to it?
I might have to get some to try in any case...
TIA
-
Thanks xxx. I'll have to go check that out...
Tried the KY143 today and liked it but it has a MP of 143 and I was hoping for something lower.
-
Thanks Sharon!
The 132 is a para/soy but I did order 10 lbs. of the 143 to test the other day. It just came in this evening, so I know what I'll be doing tomorrow. lol
-
Ditto the one from NG.
-
Anyone know where I can get something similar to this wax??? Granualted paraffin with NO soy please???
I've been using JS' VOT wax for tarts for almost a year and now she's not carrying it anymore. I'm up the creek without a paddle!
TIA
-
Thank You, and to everyone! I'll check it out! Gotta watch that shipping though. Also looking for anyone wanting to sell. I listed it in the classy's! Thanks Again!
Far as I know, Alabaster carries the AstorV in pellet form. You might want to check there...
I'm looking for a wax that has the detergent consistency you're talking about. Can I as what it is and where you got it from?
TIA
-
I know, that's what I wanted. Now I gotta sell the wrong one... What a pain.
Oh, I'm sorry...When you said it had a musk scent to it, I thought you meant you had the MCS. lol VBN has a definite musk note to it.
-
NG's Mrs. Claus' Cookies smells exactly like VBN to me...I'd say it's an exact dupe.
-
I'm guessing their custom made because I have scoured the internet and have yet to find them.
They probably are...This place does custom shells:
-
I orderd a sample from MC and I need to put an order in soon with Backwoods so I will get a sample from them also and see how the two compare.
Try BW's Lilac Linens while you're at it. It's really pretty.

Here's the results I found by doing a search on bing:

Thanks Judy!
Moonglow is where I saw it before, I just couldn't remember. lol
Never even heard of them...Any good FO recommendations anyone?

I've been buying my printer ink from them for over a year. They recently started carrying the real HP ink cartridges too and they're like $10-$15 less than Wal-Mart. Free shipping too.
