  1. Use clear m&p. I fill the bag half full. I then use a long twist tie or pipe cleaner and twist around the top of the bag. I twist the other end around my cabinet knob. When it starts to set, I spray with alcohol and insert fish. I then add more m&p. Kids love them. You can add a drop of blue color to the soap or leave it clear.

  2. I sell more tarts than anything. I sell them for 75 cents each. I wrap each one individually. I buy the small cello bags from Rustic Escentuals. Put one tart in each bag, fold the bag over and place a small round stick- on label with the fragrance typed on it on the bag. I have a huge basket that I keep filled with seasonal fragrances. Co workers are always asking me to bring it in. People love them once they try them. Especially the electric tart burners. I will sell the burners at cost, just to get people to try them.

  3. If you are filing your business on Schedule C for federal tax purposes, donations are not allowed as a deduction. They are allowed as personal deductions on a Schedule A as long as they are given to qualified organzations, not to individuals. The only way you could write them off to individuals is as thank you gifts to customers(limited to $25 per person) or as advertising. As advertising, you should not take more than $4 per item.
