  1. I don't know if it means anything, BUT I saw your ad/business logo on the back of a van and wanted to just let you know I saw it, so others saw it :) I was out working and I told the person in the car with me, LOOK! JUST RIGHT CANDLES! They are on the candle boards I read!!! So, way cool! :cool2:

  2. That is interesting...the reselling part. I was under the impression that when you buy an item intent for resell you must declare that at time of purchase and fill out a form indicating these intentions to resell and indicate if any alterations will be made to the item purchased prior to resale. I think that is required in order to eliminate the original company from liability issues. That was in Texas though with interior designers and goodness knows not everyone declared the intent to resell. *shrug*

  3. Not to get off track, but I went to the Scent Review Board to read that thread and tried to register and it said my email was banned :( and I've never even been there before...:( That is so not cool.

  4. My mom loves the ginger peach that pier 1 has. I ordered at least 3 different ginger peaches from different suppliers since last November...now I can't remember which one was the closest dupe :( I believe I ordered from candlewic, lonestar, and peak??? maybe??? Anyone know where I can find this scent that smells like the pier 1 one?? :embarasse

  5. I was thinking about this alot lately when I was picking my colors out for my fragrances, as well as what fragrances go with what season, etc, etc...

I know alot of fragrances have colors we mentally predetermine go with that scent, but there is alot of leverage in color combinations, especially when one renames their fragrance, etc.

I had switched at one point to fashion design in college and the Color Marketing Group was a big thing for what colors in fashion will be popular, and thus sell better than other colors (aka more fashionable). This also applies to home furnishing/decor, etc...So, just food for thought...as the years and seasons change the CMG posts color trends here:

To actually get their sample swatches and stoof is a small fortune, but you can look over the website and see pictures and get the descriptions for the upcoming color groups! Thought that might be helpful for some that like to play with color combos :)
