Anyone know how to calculate how much wax is needed for sphere moulds I purchased a set from the US.... 3" - 4" - 5"

I grabbed a load of these tumblers from Tesco and burned fine.. Also, a perfect fit lid for these tumblers is the lid of a tube of pringles.

I am making a large pillar candle for a friends 40th birthday and would like to add some gold lettering to the side. Anyone know of a candle safe gold spray that I can use with a template I have made?
