  1. Actually, they are the same in diamater but half the height. Then they are placed in 3x3 ziplocks. They look adorable. Right after I posted this, I found them on the Ky Candle Wax Supply site. Thanks for all the feedback.
  2. Just found them at Ky Wax Supply. Thanks anyway.
  3. Where can I purchase the mini foil liners for tarts. I have been seeing the tarts poured directly into the liner (they look like cup cake muffin liner, just about half the size) and are packaged in a small zip lock. They look really neat packaged this way and I can't find them anywhere. Any replies would be great.
  4. I would love some responses also for Valentines scents
  5. I am pretty new at this but have been testing the ECO wicks in parasoy and have had no luck at all with them. They tend to curve to one side and makes my wax burn uneven. Good Luck.
  6. I've only sampled about 20 fo so far from 2 different suppliers but so far I love BCN cotton candy. When it's warm it smells so good you could eat it!!!!
  7. It seems you are trying to make 3 different products. I am new at this also and have been testing for over a month just trying to get the container candle down and still having trouble. Maybe you should just focus on one thing at a time. It takes alot more research and testing than you think (or atleast than I would have ever thought) Good Luck!
  8. I'm getting ready to place an order for fo, I know alot of candlers prefer different scents and suppliers, what's yours?
  9. I know at one time someone had posted a website for different suppliers so you could put in your state and get the suppliers nearest to you. Does anyone have this?
  10. I have just made a bunch of smelly jellies using BCN water crystals. I was really happy with them but now I am thinking they may have some wierd kind of plastic smell. Has anyone noticed this?
  11. Thanks for all the good advise. I think I may have to expand my wick collection if this is gonna work. For now maybe I'll try off-centering just a little and see if that works.
  12. Do I just keep switching out the wicks in the same container?
  13. Yes, it is about 1inch on one side and 1/4 inch on the other
  14. Thanks. I've already posted with no response yet.
  15. I am almost ready to give up. I have been trying to make one candle for 2 weeks now. I first started in a 8oz mason jar, cotton candy fo, and a wick from Michaels, then switched to a 62-52-18 wick, using ky perfect blend wax. After I did a repour to get rid of all the sinking, I tried burning it and it just kept burning uneven. I got frusterated and got in some new 12 oz hex squat jars (they are beauties). So I tried starting over using same wax, yellow die chips, summer citrus fo and the 62-52-18 wick. I didn't think that was burning fast enough. It had full melt pool at the neck only which is about 3 inches and pretty much stayed right there for 3 hours. So I switched to ECO -12. Got past the neck to the 4 inch part and is now burning uneven. I am about to scream. Please HELP.
  16. I am using Cotton Candy from KY candle wax supply (smells pretty good but not much like cotton candy, BCN has cotton candy that smells right on)
  17. I just got in my Grandmothers Toddy from KY Candle Wax Supply. It was exactly the scent I was looking for. Thanks
  18. I actually just made my first bunch of smelly jelly jars. They turned out great. I use the directions on the BCN website. Was really easy and smell great. I just can't believe 1tsp of water crystals make an entire jelly jar full. I just boiled my tap water for a few minutes.
  19. I am using Ky Perfect Blend (parasoy) in a 16 ounce round mason jar. The wick I am using is 65-52-18-zinc for a wick. It gets full melt pool in about 45 minutes but after that it only keeps melting down on one side. Please help!!!
  20. I am testing one of my first candles (still), and there seems to be an uneven meltpool. One side seems to be 1/2 inch and the other is not melting, if so very little. It has reached the edge on the other side. Does this mean I don't have the wick perfectly centered or is there something else going on. I tried doing a search on this topic with no luck. Please help.
  21. I know this sounds strange, but the cracks and dips seem to go pretty far down. I just did a second pour, so I guess we will see what happens. Kind of frusterating. I thought the problems would be more with the wicking, and I can't even get to that point.
  22. Thanks again, although I'm thinking its not the wax being that I have used 2 different kinds (one from Michaels) I think the temperature has something to do with it. Maybe I will try covering it like you suggested.
