thanks Jennifer. I truly beleive in my products, so that should mean something, and personal I can not give up my dream..................I will start looking at prices at different boutiques, spas, and natural food stores.

I've been doing candles & soaps for 3 years now and would like to put them on the market...............but my husband said I can't make money with the products, not because my product is not good, but I would have to charge to much for 1 candle...................Anyone making money with their candles, and how???? mine are beeswax and palm wax, so it's a bit expensive to make. Please help...

that is a great idea!!! I'm trying it tonight..............I did 6 candles last night and 12 soaps.....................I'm speading my holidays in my basement.LOL thanks again

how do you know what scent is best with what colour?? do you have a chart?? lavender with peach colour?? spring sachet with light green?? not sure?? Help!!

Well I bought so many candles in my time, and this never happened before. I did put a napkin under it because I had dye on my hands, like an oil, I did not see a pin, it may have, but not sure. like I said before they are not cheap candles and they are in a nice boutique.................... I made lots of dark candles before and the only time this happended to me is when I was playing around and made a black candle, and used liquid dye. I still have that candle, and even after 2 years, it still stains when I touch it.... Dinah;)

I'm testing the ones that I will not sell, it burns very well, but scent is not what I wanted, therfore I added more scent to the ones I'm making now. I have two weeks to test my candles, and have 3 person to test them, so far so good.............................. thanks for your input

I will get pics soon, I'm wondering if we can re heat the wax, I have about 12 candles that are not suitable to sell, and I would like to reheat them and start again at a higher temperature, will I need to add more scent?? thanks again for all the help, you guys are the best!!! So far I have 2 good one, and they look great (feathery look) if I can keep the wax in the mold I may have 8 buy the time I go to bed tonight LOL:undecided

that wax was not available, I made 2 so far that looks good, I will send a pic, and you can tell me what you think.............. Still have lots to do.............I lost about 4 with wax leaking. I really put lots of putty plys large tape, and still it leaks....................hopefully I will finish on time.............. thank you SO much for all your help

I just finished pouring 5 candles at 190 and 2 of them leaked and I lost my wax, I'm running out of wick because I made 12 ugly candles..............Now I'm crying and not sure what to do................

for some reason, my post does not show on the forum How did you achieve such beautiful candles, what temperature did you use and what kind of mold?? I'm trying to achieve the fethered look with the feathered wax, but the candles comes out ugly, please help Dinah
