The Tropical Islands i absolutely detested and threw the wax and oil straight in the rubbish bin.
White tea & ginger....lovely calming smell, great cold throw.
Be Delicious.....gorgeous, great cold throw
Orange Canteloupe......lovely, great cold throw
Am letting these sit for a week or so before i test hot throw.
Still to mix Spearmint, stargazer lilly and leather..........these are my latest from The candle source HTH:cheesy2:

I would use red, but i guess green would be o.k too:cool2:

Black raspberry vanilla from the candlesource is a very sweet jelly type of fragrance.....yummy:)
-
comforting to me would be a "grandmas kitchen " type of fragrance or to the other extreme a "baby powder" type. A new one that i just burnt at the weekend which was a beautiful soft floral fragrance was "Moonlight Path" from the Candle Source.....absolutely gorgeous.HTH:)

When i first mixed BRV from the Candlesource at 1oz pp,it didnt have much of a cold throw......smelt a bit waxy to me, but left it for a week or so and the scent intensified a bit, so i burnt it and WOW....got a great hot throw of a delicious scent. my son even commented on how much he liked this one......and thats saying something!.BTW i use soy.

S O S..............save on scents

Yes that made sense ,i coloured mine pale green. The scent is just like when you walk into a florists.
I asked my son "what the smell reminded him of"?,and he replied "the cemetery",i presume he meant the fresh flower smell.....he associated it with our visits to the cemetery....bless him:awww:

Hi Birdieluvr,
I wonder if my bottle of Tropical Islands was "off"? being that its a great seller of yours..... hmm very interesting.
I agree Lorens oils are wonderful, as is the customer service, you really couldnt ask for better. Ive tried about 50 or so of his oils and only had a couple of misses so far......you cant like everything can you?

Hi Sugary, have tried 16 on your list and loved 14 of them, but didnt like Spring Rain, and just mixed Tropical islands today...YUK , threw the wax and oil straight in the bin, to me it smells of Meths. would love to know if anyone else has had that experience:smiley2:
