  1. I must firstly give a big thank you to everyone who has helped me with this. I was mostly thinking about the hobbyist candlemaker and the kind of things they would need. I decided to place an order over at candlescience and will have a little test run to see how everything goes and i will report back on this. Thanks again for all of your help and i take your comments on board. Blobby.
  2. Hi there, not sure weather to post this here or not but here the thing. Im thinking about setting up my own business in the UK selling candle making supplies, i decided to do this becuase i started making candles and found the prices on candle making equipment to be very high and noticed that in the US the prices are alot lower ( in some cases over 50% lower) I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice in starting up my business etc. I know there are different laws in the us than the Uk but im sure someone can give me a little bit of help with this idea. Thanks alot. Blobby.
  3. Amazing !!! How did you make the different sections black and white ? blobby.
  4. Hi there, ive seen some lovely candles that looked like they have whipped cream or something on top. I was wondering how do you get this affect ? Thanks alot. Blobby.
  5. Ive seen loads of you candle makers using images like these: http://www.shininglightcandles.com/guestbook.gif http://www.craftsitepromotion.com/images/ccdbanner4ccd.gif They sort of remind me of country style images. Could someone please tell me where you get them all from, id love an image like this in my labels. Blobby.
  6. Ok i managed to find the tubes and cups over at bittercreek but they wanted to charge me $160.85 shipping which i think is a tad to much seing as my order was only $150. Im still looking around but if anyone can find these tubes cheaper anywhere else that would be really great. Mrblobby.
  7. Thanks, the tea light cups seem to be quite expensive but are the cheapest ive found so far, as for the tubes, i have emailed sensory perfections just now to ask weather they could possible source some tealight tubes but i will probably stick with the boxes until then Its nice to see another Uk candlemaker as there dont seem to be very many. Regards, blobby.
  8. Hi there, ive been searching high and low of some clear tubes to put tealights in, ive found one place but they dont ship to the uk. Does anyone know of anywhere that sell these and will ship to the uk ? Also the place i used for my clear tealight cups have now decided to stop selling candle supplies, could anyone tell me where i can get some clear tealight cups that ship to the uk? Hope someone can help. P.S - This is my first post, im relatively new to candlemaking but im learning alot from this forum and other sites. See you around. Blobby.
