  1. Here is the only one that I found. Hope it helps! Bitter Creek West: (Click on the dropdown list, you will see they have 8 and 16 oz. Rectangle Jars w/Lids) http://secure.candlesupply.com/search_category_main.cfm?queries_index=index6&ProductCodeID=47 God bless you!
  2. I made it my aim to find you those cast iron cauldron pots. I found a site where they are at. The link is: http://grandpasgeneral.com/shop/cast-iron-cauldron4-inch-p-506.html They are 4 in. in diameter, which I think will be what you are looking for. I am a "newbie" candlemaker. I have not even made my first candle yet, but am taking real good notes in this forum before even attempting my first candle. I am helping anyone who I can, hoping to have the same done to me when I need answers to questions. God bless you and keep up the candlemaking!
  3. I have been looking at pillar molds (3x3 and 3x6), both seamless aluminum and ones in which you have to use a screw and mold sealer. I have seen how you would put the wick in a mold where you use the screw and mold sealer, but which kind of wick would you use in a seamless mold, seeing that you don't need to use a screw or sealer? Could I use a primed zinc core (6 in.) wick? Any suggestions would be surey welcome. Once again, God bless and thank you to all who reply!!!
  4. I am a beginning candlemaker. I was all set to use wax IGI-4786 in making my container candles, knowing that you had to eventually repour the wax. Then I read about wax IGI-4630, which is a one pour wax. So could someone please explain or tell me, wouldn't it be easier to use the 4630 in doing container candles since it is a one pour wax, or is there a reason for having the two different waxes? It would seem to me to just use the 4630 in doing all of my container candles since I would not have to repour; but then there is still that nagging feeling inside of me saying that the 4786 maybe the best way, even though you do have to repour. Can anyone help me out in this? Thanks in advance to all who may help me in this endeavour.
