I'm using it in b&b products I have lotion, glace, soywhip, shower gel, body mists from ky and sugar scrubs and bathsalt from essentials by catalina. I don't know how to do candles at all I really don't know how to do this so I need all the help I can get.

I hope I'm saying this right I'm just starting out and never made anything in my life. The oils that I have are for b&b and skin safe but since they smell like soap would that take away the scent to use them on your skin.

I brought some 1 oz oils from Gellumination and Wix End my son came over and the ones that he know about smell to him like soap but other than that they smell like the fragrance so do you buy different oils for use as a perfume or what.

I'm getting my products together to start my bb business and other things. I want to try this rose distillate on some recipes from here. I found it on scent sanctuary along with the foaming bath butter that I saw on the boards. I'm not ready to do soap yet but when I do I want to try the mp. I plan on doing some bases too. I just order the glace & lotion from ky, and lip balm base from bcn. I plan on using the recipe here next time. I also got my my eo from mystifyyoursenses.com and fo samples from gelluminations. I'm really excited about getting started.

Can you use dendritic salt in bath salt and is hempseed oil and shea oil the same as using the butters.

I found this product called rose and lavender distillate water is that distilled water with fragrances already added. If so than when a recipe calls for distilled water if I'm using the same fragrance than i don't need more fragrance.

Soap in a Bag

Ingredients:

Clear polypropylene bags

Curling ribbon

Translucent soap base

Fragrance Oil or Essential Oil (Choose type and amount you like)

Rubber or plastic fish, duck, alligator, etc.

Instructions:

Open and stand bag upright in a cup or bowl. Melt the soap in the microwave, making sure it doesn't boil. Add fragrance once soap is melted. Pour a small amount of soap in the bottom of the bag. Place the plastic fish (or other animal) inside the plastic bag on top of the soap, so that it stands upright. Cover the fish with more melted soap. If using two fish, allow soap to form a film that will hold the weight of the fish. Place second fish in bag and cover with soap. When soap is cool, gather bag at top and tie with curing ribbon.

I know that bcn has the best lip balm but who has the best lip gloss base I was thinking about trying Jody creation but look at a post about how they ship there products and dirty soap so I don't want to even try them.

I order a few lotion samples and some of it waste out of the jar and i saw on here about the lining that goes on jars, lotions, and so on could someone show me a picture of a finish product with the seal on it and tell me the name of the lining.
