Thanks for the tip about Roebic I will look at that next time I go and buy Lye.

I found some ingredants that said Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda, Lye). Is that Ok to use.

I am just getting started about making soap. I called my local hardware store. They told me they had it. When I got there it said Household 100% Lye Drain Opener. I was wondering if I could us that to make Lye soap or what is it that I will need. Thank you to anyone for there helpful hints.
